Jungle bliss at the Pacuare Eco-lodge
Fully remodeled in 2024, we were thoughtful with our design and property location to fit in with the Pacuare River and surrounding jungle. And we’ve been delighted with the result. Our Pacuare Eco-lodge is comfortable and captivates with activities. This lodge is used primarily by our school groups, however, by special request we are happy to accommodate our regular tours here.

Thoughtfully designed
The Pacuare River is located in the jungle and is full of biodiversity. We designed our lodge to immerse you in that experience. Resort-style lodges found elsewhere would be out of touch with what makes the Pacuare River corridor so special, which is why our rooms are open air (with screens) and our main area encourages a shared experience.
Relax or explore
Our Tarzan Swing is jaw (and stomach) dropping, the zipline course is the longest on the Pacuare and we even have our own waterfall that you can jump off of. If any of that sounds like a bit much, then curl up with a book in your room or in a hammock with a warm cup of tea. The day is yours.

Very few river trips have what we have: Hot showers, flush toilets, and soft beds. This is adventure luxury.

Our Pacuare Eco-Lodge offers a lot and it’s important that you select the right experience based on what you’re looking for.
- If you’re looking for the waterfall jumping, zipline course, and Tarzan swing, then our 3-Day adventure offers everything.
- For those on a tighter schedule than our 2-Day Pacuare has enough time for our Tarzan swing towards the end of day one.
Explore the Pacuare Eco-Lodge
Linda Creek flanks the lodge and our other lodge, Rio Vista. As we’ve explored the creek, we’ve found two wonderful swimming holes and jump rocks. One we call Salta Falls, a 27 foot jump and waterfall into a deep swimming hole. The second is called Macaw Drop and has a bigger swimming hole and a smaller jump. You’ll have the opportunity to check one of these swimming holes out if you are booked on our 3-Day Raft + Zip or 4-Day Ultimate.
Our Pacuare zipline crisscrosses the lodge. The course has 9 different zips of varying heights, lengths, and speeds. Experiences that get the opportunity to explore our zipline course are the 3-Day Raft + Zip and the 4-Day Ultimate.
Our Tarzan Swing shoots you over a deep ravine in the Pacuare jungle on our 70-foot swing. Our 2-Day Pacuare, 3-Day Raft + Zip, & 4-Day Ultimate all complete the Tarzan Swing.
