Cancellation Policy

We have two cancellation policies. One is for our regular experiences, the two-day, three-day and four-day. The other is for our custom, group bookings. Both are listed below.

Half Day, 2-Day Pacuare, 3-Day Raft+Zip, 4-Day Ultimate

notice 8 days or more

$50 / person is forfeited and the rest is refunded.

0 – 7 days notice

0% of trip fare refunded

Group/School/Custom Reservations

All deposits are fully refundable within 30 days of booking. After 30 days, all payments made toward the tour are non-refundable.

If we purchase flights on your behalf, the cost of those flights is non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel.
