2024 Partnership Agreement
Below you’ll find our group contract. Please fill it out and sign it before promoting your trips with us.
By signing below, the Group Leader, on behalf of the Group, agrees to the following terms and conditions of this contract:
1. Payment Schedule
A non-refundable deposit of $600 / per person (“Deposit”) must be paid by wire transfer to Pacuare Outdoor Center within 120 days of the trip launch. The remaining balance (“Balance”) must be paid to Pacuare by wire transfer no later than 45 days before the trip start date.
For groups that are organizing trips later than the deposit due date, but earlier than the balance due date, a single payment for the entire balance is due 60 days from the trip start date.
The Group Leader is responsible for ensuring that all participants have adequate travel insurance to cover any potential medical expenses or trip cancellations. Pacuare Outdoor Center can provide recommendations for travel insurance providers upon request.
Pacuare Outdoor Center will provide the services as listed in the Trip Itinerary on the basis that contract items #1 and #2 are adhered to.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Contract and agree to be bound by them.
