- PURPOSE
This agreement establishes the contracted rates and booking terms between Pacuare Outdoor Center and Dive the Americas, LLC for the promotion and sale of Rio Vista Lodge experiences.
- CONTRACTED RATES
The net rates listed below are confidential and provided exclusively to Dive the Americas, LLC for packaging and resale purposes.
2026 Season
Valid January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026
Product: 3-Day Raft + Zip Experience
Rack Rate: USD $655 per person + applicable IVA
Net Rate: USD $508 per person + applicable IVA
Meeting Point: Linda Vista
Meeting Time: 10:00 AM
Minimum Age: 12 years (exceptions may be approved on a case-by-case basis)
Included:
• Two nights lodging at Rio Vista Lodge
• Pacuare River rafting
• Zipline experience
• Tarzan swing
• Waterfall exploration
• All meals and snacks
• Professional guides
2027 Season
Valid January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027
Product: 3-Day Raft + Zip Experience
Rack Rate: USD $695 per person + applicable IVA
Net Rate: USD $556 per person + applicable IVA
Meeting Point: Linda Vista
Meeting Time: 11:00 AM
Minimum Age: 12 years (exceptions may be approved on a case-by-case basis)

• Two nights lodging at Rio Vista Lodge
• Pacuare River rafting
• Zipline experience
• Tarzan swing
• Waterfall exploration
• All meals and snacks
• Professional guides
Note: 2027 rates are anticipated and may be adjusted in the event of significant changes in operating costs, taxes, or government regulations.
- RIO VISTA LODGE OVERVIEW
Rio Vista Lodge was constructed in 2023 and features:
• Nine standalone cabins
• Private bathrooms with hot showers
• Twin-bed or queen-bed configurations
• Fast Starlink internet
• In-room fans
• Off-grid setting with modern comforts
• Access by rafting or 4×4 vehicle
• Swimming holes and waterfalls
• On-site zipline and Tarzan swing
- RESERVATIONS
All reservations are subject to availability and are not considered confirmed until written confirmation is provided by Pacuare Outdoor Center.
Special requests will be accommodated whenever possible but cannot be guaranteed.
- PAYMENT TERMS
No deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
Full payment is due no later than thirty (30) days prior to departure.
Payments may be made by:
• Domestic ACH transfer to Pacuare Outdoor Center’s U.S. bank account
• International wire transfer to Pacuare Outdoor Center’s Costa Rican bank account
Banking instructions will be provided upon confirmation of each reservation.
Reservations not paid in full by the due date may be released without notice.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received more than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations received within thirty (30) days of the scheduled departure date are non-refundable.
No-shows, late arrivals, unused services, or early departures are non-refundable.
Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Pacuare Outdoor Center.
- CONFIDENTIALITY
Net rates contained in this agreement are confidential and are intended solely for use by Dive the Americas, LLC. These rates may not be distributed publicly or shared with third parties.
- VALIDITY
This agreement shall remain in effect until December 31, 2027, unless superseded by a revised rate agreement or terminated by either party upon written notice.
